CommentsWell, I do think beauty comes in many shapes and sizes if one open to seeing it. However I will admit I like it when a woman looks womanly.
You have such an interesting and unique view of your subjects. There's a very interesting lack of "preference" for body type or setting.
Thank you! I think there are two forces that conspire to keep a variety of women In front of my camera. The first, and most noble, is that I truly believe that beauty comes in all sizes and shapes. One of the nice things aBout pinup is that it often uses shareware, waist cinhers and such that really make a woman look good, cover her leaving more to the imagination, and are sexy as well.
The second less noble force at work is that I have no money to pay models so I get the ones willing to work for portfolio development. It's my experience that thE super modely looking models have a horde of photographers wanting to shoot them and quickly start charging to weed out the seIrious from less seRious photographer. For the record, I am serious I'm just married with two kids and thus perpetually low on funds. In the end I'm truly happy with the variety of femininity I've depicted. If I had money, I'd hire similarly diverse models. Super work. I like that your photos span the breadth of the feminine form, not just cookie cutter shots of "super-modelesque" figured ladies. Will def keep an eye out.
